Who does Pai Dai DMC sell to?

Pai Dai DMC works with wholesale tour operators, MICE planners, and corporate travel buyers, and also serves private groups and individual travellers (FIT) directly. Every programme is quoted to order, and we never undercut our trade partners.

What countries do you operate in?

Thailand and Vietnam, with full ground operations in both. Cambodia is supported as a cross-border extension only, we do not operate independently in Cambodia.

What is your minimum lead time?

Standard lead time is 4+ weeks from inquiry to group arrival. Peak season (December-February, Songkran, Lunar New Year) requires 8+ weeks. Quote turnaround is 24 hours from a complete inquiry.

What group sizes can you handle?

Group sizes from 2 to 120 pax across both Thailand and Vietnam. MICE programmes scale higher on a per-event basis.

What languages are guides available in?

TAT-licensed local guides in English, Spanish, French, and German across both Thailand and Vietnam. Other languages on request, subject to availability.

All pricing is quoted to order per inquiry. We do not publish fixed public rates, and we never undercut our trade partners. Single invoice per programme, EUR or USD on request. Rates exclude VAT.

Pai Dai DMC was founded in 2023; our founding team has operated in Thailand ground tourism since 2019.
