The short version

Sally grew up in the Thai tourism industry, earning professional certifications as a tour guide and tour leader before completing a Master’s in Business Administration. Long before Pai Dai existed, she was building the combination that makes it work: deep operational knowledge and the strategic discipline to scale it.

She started from the Thailand-Vietnam inbound corridor and built outward, expanding across Southeast Asia and into global markets on a foundation of trust, integrity, and long-term B2B partnerships. In its first full year, Pai Dai operated 48 group departures, and is on track for 100+ in 2026. The guiding belief: travel done right creates happiness, opens horizons, and gives people something worth coming home changed by. Every itinerary we build carries that intention.
