The design is the part that matters. We build the route to the group's pace, interests, and budget, match the hotel category and the guide to the brief, and quote it on net rates. For trade partners, the agency owns the client and the relationship; we provide the ground operation and stay invisible behind it, never naming our partners.
The operation is the part that protects it. Airport meet-and-greet, inspected private transport, licensed guides, rooming lists, and a single escalation line carry the trip from landing to farewell. A Thailand programme can also extend into Vietnam as one itinerary, with the company you contract with and the services in each country named in the quotation.

How we run it
How is a tailor-made tour different from a fixed departure?+
A fixed departure runs a set route on set dates; a tailor-made tour is built around your group. We design the itinerary to the group's pace, interests, and budget, choose the hotel category and the guide to suit, and quote the whole thing on net rates. It is the right approach when a group has a theme, a fitness level, a special interest, or a budget that a standard programme does not fit.
What group sizes do you design for?+
From a single traveller up to a coach group of around 120. The design scales, a small group can go deeper and more flexible, a larger group needs tighter logistics and we plan the transport and the rooming accordingly. Tell us the size, the dates, and the brief and we build the route around them.
How quickly can we get a quote?+
We quote on net rates. After we receive a complete brief, we provide a costed quote by the same time on the next business day. Complex multi-country or peak-season requests may take longer; we state the revised deadline when we acknowledge the request. We work to a four-week-plus lead time, longer in peak season, and earlier is always better for the best hotels and guides. While the agency finalises with the client, we can request options on rooms, and the quotation or confirmation states when each option expires.
Can a Thailand tour combine with Vietnam?+
Yes, and it is one of the things that sets a Thailand and Vietnam DMC apart. We extend a Thailand programme into Vietnam as a single itinerary, coordinating the flights, the visas, and the ground transfers between the two countries. Pai Dai trades through a Thai company and a Vietnamese company, and the quotation names the company you contract with and the services in each country.
