Services

Pai Dai DMC provides professional ground operation services across Thailand and Vietnam, including airport and inter-city transfers, accommodation booking, licensed tour guide provision, and activity coordination. Our services are offered exclusively to wholesale tour operators and travel trade partners. We do not sell directly to end consumers.

Quotations

All quotations issued by Pai Dai DMC are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless a different validity period is stated in the quotation document. Prices are subject to change based on supplier rate fluctuations, currency exchange movements, and seasonal or occupancy-based availability. A revised quotation will be issued if material cost changes occur after acceptance but prior to deposit receipt.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking agreement or written acceptance of the quotation and payment of the deposit specified in the quotation. Until both conditions are met, all services and rates remain provisional and subject to availability.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are specified per booking in the quotation document. Unless otherwise stated, the following standard schedule applies to the total confirmed booking value:

• 30 or more days prior to arrival — no penalty
• 15 to 29 days prior to arrival — 25% cancellation fee
• 7 to 14 days prior to arrival — 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 7 days prior to arrival — 100% cancellation fee

Specific supplier terms — including non-refundable hotel deposits — may supersede the above and will be disclosed in the quotation.

Liability

Pai Dai DMC acts as an intermediary between the client and third-party service suppliers including hotels, transport operators, guides, and activity providers. We are not liable for acts, omissions, or defaults of those suppliers, nor for losses arising from weather events, natural disasters, civil disturbance, force majeure, or any cause beyond our reasonable control. Pai Dai DMC maintains professional liability insurance appropriate to our operations.

Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute not resolved by mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
