Services

Pai Dai plans ground services in Thailand and Vietnam for travel agencies, group organisers, event planners and private travellers. Check that your programme documents name the services you are buying and who provides each one. A sample itinerary on this website does not by itself determine what a booking includes.

Quotations

Check each quotation for its validity, currency, tax treatment, rooming, included services and extra charges. Note which prices and services are still provisional and which are confirmed. If anything is unclear, ask for a written answer before you approve the booking.

Booking Confirmation

Follow the confirmation and payment steps set out in your quotation or programme agreement. A hotel, vehicle or activity named in an itinerary is not proof that it has been booked. Use the written confirmation to check the status of each service and the deadlines that apply to it.

Cancellation

Change, cancellation and no-show terms can differ from one service to the next. Before you confirm a programme, read the written terms, including which payments can be refunded and which charges remain payable.

Hotels

No-show terms for the property and dates you have booked, and the deadlines for changing room numbers or types, reducing the group or cancelling it.

Overnight cruises

The vessel's terms for your type of booking, including schedule changes, weather cancellations and any replacement service.

Land services

Change and cancellation deadlines for vehicles, guides, restaurants, activities and tickets.

Send any change or cancellation request through your booking contact, and ask for written confirmation of its status, any charges and any refund. This page sets no cancellation percentages or refund deadlines; your programme documents do.

Responsibility

Check how responsibility is divided between the company you contract with and the provider of each service, including how disruption during travel is handled. If your programme needs particular insurance cover, ask for documents that name the insured party, the territory, the dates, the type of cover and the relevant exclusions.

Contracting Company and Disputes

Pai Dai trades through two companies: Paidai Online Co., Ltd. in Thailand and PAIDAI VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED in Vietnam. Your quotation names the company you contract with. Check your programme agreement for the governing law and how disputes are resolved. Do not assume that services in two countries fall under one company or one set of terms simply because they carry one brand.
