Services

Pai Dai DMC provides professional ground operation services across Thailand and Vietnam, including airport and inter-city transfers, accommodation booking, licensed tour guide provision, and activity coordination. We work with wholesale tour operators, MICE planners, and corporate travel buyers, and we also welcome private groups and individual travellers seeking a trusted ground operator. Every quotation is tailored to the client and the programme.

Quotations

All quotations issued by Pai Dai DMC are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless a different validity period is stated in the quotation document. Prices are subject to change based on supplier rate fluctuations, currency exchange movements, and seasonal or occupancy-based availability. A revised quotation will be issued if material cost changes occur after acceptance but prior to deposit receipt.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking agreement or written acceptance of the quotation and payment of the deposit specified in the quotation. Until both conditions are met, all services and rates remain provisional and subject to availability.

Cancellation

Cancellation charges follow the terms of the suppliers actually booked for your programme. Hotels, overnight cruises and land services each run on their own schedule. Your quotation states the exact figures for your booking. Where a supplier imposes nothing stricter, the following minimum applies to the affected portion of the confirmed booking value:

Hotels

More than 30 days before arrival, no charge. 15 to 30 days, 10 to 30% depending on the hotel's own policy. 8 to 14 days, 50%. 4 to 7 days, 75%. 2 to 3 days, 90%. Under 24 hours or no-show, 100%.

Overnight cruises

More than 35 days before arrival, no charge. 30 to 34 days, 10%. 15 to 29 days, 20%. 8 to 14 days, 50%. 4 to 7 days, 75%. Under 4 days or no-show, 100%.

Land services (guiding, transport, meals and entrance tickets)

More than 14 days before arrival, no charge. 8 to 14 days, 10%. 4 to 7 days, 25%. 2 to 3 days, 50%. Under 24 hours or no-show, 100%.

Where a supplier's own conditions are stricter than the above, those conditions govern, and your quotation says so before you confirm. This is common with five-star and luxury properties, villas, charters, and peak-season or public-holiday dates. Cancellations and changes must be in writing. Any refund due is paid within 15 business days of agreement.

Liability

Pai Dai DMC acts as an intermediary between the client and third-party service suppliers including hotels, transport operators, guides, and activity providers. We are not liable for acts, omissions, or defaults of those suppliers, nor for losses arising from weather events, natural disasters, civil disturbance, force majeure, or any cause beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute not resolved by mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
