Vietnam Group & MICE Programmes
Overview

In Vietnam, Pai Dai offers series group departures the length of the country for trade partners on net rates, and runs MICE programmes, incentive trips, conferences, and galas for corporate planners.

For group tours, the agency owns the client and we own the ground: hotel contracting, licensed guides, inspected transport, rooming lists, and a single escalation line with a 24/7 emergency contact, never naming our trade partners. For MICE, the planner owns the room and we own the production: venue sourcing, AV and F&B, delegate logistics, and a dedicated event manager on site for the run of the programme.

Both draw on contracted suppliers across Hanoi, the central coast, and Saigon. When a programme needs Thailand too, it can be planned across the border as one trip, with the responsibilities for each country set out in the quotation.

Questions

How we run it

Can you quote series departures as well as private groups?+

Yes. We quote series departures across Vietnam for trade partners on net rates, and private or ad-hoc groups too. The agency owns the client relationship end to end; we handle the hotel contracting, the guides, the transport, and the on-ground escalation, and we never name our partners.

What size MICE events do you handle in Vietnam?+

From incentive groups of around twenty to conferences and galas of up to a hundred and twenty guests, with larger conferences venue-sourced on request, using contracted suppliers in Hanoi, the central coast, and Saigon. Each programme gets a dedicated event manager on site, sourced venues, briefed transport, and a single escalation line, the same discipline whether it is a reward trip or a full conference launch.

How do you protect trade partners on group work?+

We work strictly behind the agency. The partner owns the client relationship; we provide the ground operation and bill on net rates. We never name our trade partners, and discretion is part of the service. After we receive a complete brief, we provide a costed quote by the same time on the next business day. Complex multi-country or peak-season requests may take longer; we state the revised deadline when we acknowledge the request.

Can a Vietnam programme extend into Thailand?+

Yes. A group tour or a MICE programme can continue into Thailand as one itinerary, and the quotation names the company you contract with and who is responsible in each country.
