Corporate group programmes in Bangkok
Two or three days for 20 to 120 people: the meeting, a team activity, group dinners and every transfer in between. Planned and coordinated by Pai Dai from Bangkok.

Pai Dai DMC plans and coordinates short corporate group programmes in Bangkok for companies, event planners and travel agencies: two or three days for 20 to 120 people. We arrange the airport arrivals, the hotel rooms and a meeting room, a team activity, the group dinners, and the coaches and boats in between. Our Thai company, Paidai Online Co., Ltd., holds Tourism Business Licence 11/13335 and works from Bangkok. During the programme a Pai Dai coordinator is on call, and the group has a 24/7 emergency line. After we receive a complete brief, we provide a costed quote by the same time on the next business day. Complex multi-country or peak-season requests may take longer; we state the revised deadline when we acknowledge the request.
Two days in Bangkok go quickly, and the traffic shapes a programme more than any venue does. TomTom's 2025 index put a 10 km drive in the evening rush at about 31 minutes. So we plan around short distances and the river: a hotel with the meeting room in it or a short walk away, a team activity on the water or just across it, and dinners that do not need a coach across the city at rush hour.
Thirty is a comfortable size for Bangkok. The group fits one coach, one chartered river boat and one private dining room, so it can stay together for most of the day. At 60 or 120, we split the activities into teams that run side by side and choose dinner venues with room for everyone.
Team activities that work for a group of 30
Most run as a morning or an afternoon. From mid-May to mid-October we put outdoor activities first thing, when it is cooler and before the afternoon storms.

Half day · Any weather
A Thai cooking class
A walk through a local market with the chef, then each team cooks several dishes at its own stations and sits down to eat what it made. The weather cannot spoil it, which makes it the safe choice in the rainy season.
Morning · Thonburi
Longtail boats through the canals
Across the river from the old city, Thonburi's canals are lined with wooden houses, temples and small piers. Thirty people fill several longtail boats, so we plan the boats, guides and piers together. The morning can also become a canal race, with a clue at each stop.
Half day · Bang Krachao
Cycling Bangkok's green lung
Bang Krachao is five minutes by boat across the Chao Phraya from Khlong Toei: 16 square kilometres of palms, mangroves and gardens, crossed by raised paths just wide enough for a bicycle. It is flat and shaded, and it feels nothing like the city around it. For 30 riders we confirm the boat crossing and the bikes in advance.
Evening · Chinatown
A food walk through Yaowarat
Chinatown is at its best after dark, when the stalls open along Yaowarat Road. Food walks suit small groups, so a group of 30 goes out in three teams, each with its own guide, and meets up at the end.
Two hours · Boxing gym
A Muay Thai session
Skipping, pad work and basic technique with Thai trainers at a boxing gym. Sessions are pitched at complete beginners, and we confirm with the gym that there is no sparring.
Half day · CSR
Giving something back
A CSR project in place of a game: building bicycles for a local school, planting trees or cleaning a canal. We arrange it with a partner who can show where the result goes.
Two days in Bangkok for 30 people
An example of how we would plan it, not a fixed package. The order changes with your flights, your agenda and the season.
Day 1 · Morning
Arrivals
The group is met at Suvarnabhumi Airport, 31 km east of the city, and travels to the hotel by coach with everyone's luggage. If people land on several flights, we plan two or three pickups and arrange early check-in or a room to change in.
Day 1 · Afternoon
The working session
Three or four hours in the hotel's meeting room, with the layout, screen and coffee breaks set to your agenda.
Day 1 · Evening
Dinner on the river
A chartered boat or a converted rice barge on the Chao Phraya, past Wat Arun and the Grand Palace lit up at night. Because rice barges are small, we check that the one we book seats the whole group. For 60 or more, we choose a larger dinner boat.
Day 2 · Morning
The team activity
Cycling in Bang Krachao or a canal race in Thonburi, starting early while it is cooler. In the rainy season, we swap in the cooking class.
Day 2 · Afternoon
Old Bangkok, or a second session
The Grand Palace and Wat Pho with a guide, or a second meeting session if the agenda needs it. The palace sells its last tickets at 15:30, and both sites have dress codes, which we set out in the programme documents.
Day 2 · Evening
Farewell dinner
A private room in a restaurant, or a rooftop over the city. Rooftops set their own dress codes and can close in heavy rain, so we keep an indoor option ready.
Day 3
Departures, or one more day
Coaches to the airport, or a day trip north to the old capital, Ayutthaya, before an evening flight.
Every hotel, venue, boat and activity is confirmed for your dates and group size in the quotation.
What we arrange

A room block and a meeting room in the same hotel or a short walk apart, compared on location, layout and price.

Planning notes for Bangkok
Checked on 25 October 2026. Hours, fees and rules change, so we check them again for your dates.
- Alcohol at group dinners
- Since 29 May 2026, alcohol may generally be sold from 11:00 to midnight, with no afternoon break. Hotels and licensed entertainment venues can work to different hours.Source: TAT News
- Buddhist holy days
- Alcohol sales stop nationwide on five Buddhist holy days. Licensed hotels and some entertainment venues are exempt, but ordinary restaurants are not automatically exempt. In 2027 the days are expected to fall on 21 February, 20 May, 18 and 19 July, and a date in October, so a dinner on any of them belongs in a hotel. We confirm the ban dates once they are announced.Source: The Star
- Temple dress codes
- The Grand Palace turns away sleeveless tops, shorts, mini skirts and tight or torn trousers, among others. It is open from 08:30 to 16:30, sells its last tickets at 15:30 and charges foreign visitors 500 baht.Source: The Grand Palace
- Traffic
- In 2025 a 10 km drive in Bangkok took about 26 minutes in the morning rush and about 31 minutes in the evening. These are city-wide averages, so we plan transfers outside the rush hours where the agenda allows.Source: TomTom Traffic Index
- Two airports
- Bangkok has two airports. Don Mueang (DMK), about 25 km north of the city, is 46 km from Suvarnabhumi (BKK), so check which one each guest's flight uses before we plan the pickups.Source: Airports of Thailand
- Weather
- The hot season runs from mid-February to mid-May and peaks in mid-April. The rainy season runs from mid-May to mid-October, and the cooler months from mid-October to mid-February.Source: Thailand.go.th
- TCEB support
- Thailand's convention bureau publishes support criteria for meeting and incentive groups from overseas: at least 10 overseas delegates, a stay of two nights or more, and a request at least 30 business days before the event. Ask us to check whether your group qualifies.Source: TCEB

What planners ask us
Can you organise a two-day corporate group programme in Bangkok for 30 people?+
Yes. Pai Dai DMC plans and coordinates two-day corporate group programmes from its Bangkok office. We arrange the hotel and meeting room, airport transfers, one or two team activities, the group dinners and the transport between them. Thirty is a comfortable size in Bangkok, with one coach, one chartered boat and one private dining room. Send us the dates, the agenda, the hotel standard and anything the programme must include. After we receive a complete brief, we provide a costed quote by the same time on the next business day. Complex multi-country or peak-season requests may take longer; we state the revised deadline when we acknowledge the request.
Who looks after the group during the programme?+
Licensed guides lead the sightseeing, and a Pai Dai coordinator is on call from the first airport pickup to the last departure. The programme documents list the local contacts for each venue and our 24/7 emergency line on WhatsApp, +84 869 624 553. The same number covers our programmes in Thailand and in Vietnam. While you plan, you can reach our Thailand sales team on +66 92 282 1536 or at sales@paidaidmc.com.
How much does a corporate group programme in Bangkok cost?+
Pai Dai does not publish prices for Bangkok group programmes, because the total depends on the hotel and its room rate, the season, the number of guests, the venues and how many meals and activities are included. The quotation lists each element, so you can see what moves the price. To compare quotes fairly, compare the same hotel standard, the same inclusions and the same transport.
Which team activities work best in Bangkok?+
For 20 to 40 people, we suggest a cooking class, longtail boats through the Thonburi canals, cycling in Bang Krachao or a Chinatown food walk in teams. For bigger groups, a city challenge in teams or a CSR project scales better. From mid-May to mid-October we put anything outdoors in the morning and keep an indoor alternative ready for the afternoon storms.
Where should a corporate group stay in Bangkok?+
A corporate group should stay close to where it will spend its days. The riverside suits a programme built around boats, temples and dinners on the water. Sukhumvit and Silom suit groups who want restaurants and nightlife within reach of the BTS Skytrain. If the meeting fills most of the agenda, a hotel with its own meeting rooms saves a transfer every day.
Can you arrange a group dinner on a Buddhist holy day?+
Yes, in the right venue. On Thailand's five Buddhist holy days, alcohol sales stop nationwide. Licensed hotels and some entertainment venues are exempt, so on those dates we hold the dinner in a hotel. We check your dates against the holy days when we quote.
How far ahead should we book?+
Book eight weeks or more ahead if you can: that makes it easier to get the hotel, meeting room and venues you want. From November to February, the busiest tourist months, more time helps. Shorter lead times are possible, with fewer choices.
Do you work with agencies and event companies, or only with companies?+
Both. Pai Dai works with corporate planners, travel agencies and event companies, who brief us through the trade route of our enquiry form. An agency keeps its client relationship: tell us how documents should be branded and who the group should call during the programme.
Can the programme continue outside Bangkok, or into Vietnam?+
Yes. A day in Ayutthaya, a few resort days in Phuket or Koh Samui, or a second leg in Vietnam can follow the Bangkok days as one itinerary. Our Vietnamese company works from Ho Chi Minh City, and the quotation names the company you contract with and who is responsible in each country.
“It is normal for setbacks or difficulties to arise due to weather conditions or necessary itinerary changes; that is when you truly recognize a competent company. In this regard, their response was exemplary. They handled every situation with such efficiency that it gave us complete peace of mind.”Planning a group programme in Bangkok?
