Thailand's most iconic cultural corridor — from the living city of Bangkok north through the ancient capitals of Ayutthaya and Sukhothai to the spiritual heartland of Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai. Six days, five centuries of history.

1

Arrival in Bangkok

Airport meet-and-greet at Suvarnabhumi. Private coach to Riverside hotel. Grand Palace and Wat Pho afternoon visit — the reclining Buddha, the emerald chapel, the sweeping palace courtyards. Welcome dinner cruise on the Chao Phraya River.

Ayutthaya — Ancient Capital

Day trip to Ayutthaya, 90 minutes north by private coach. The ruins of Wat Mahathat, Wat Phra Si Sanphet, and the famous Buddha head entwined in bodhi tree roots. Floating market stop en route. Overnight in Ayutthaya.

Sukhothai — UNESCO Historical Park

Drive to Sukhothai (2 hours). Cycling tour through the UNESCO Historical Park — over 190 ruins spread across a tranquil lake-filled landscape. Wat Si Chum, Wat Mahathat, the Royal Palace foundations. Golden hour at the park is extraordinary. Overnight in Sukhothai.

Chiang Rai

Drive or fly to Chiang Rai. The White Temple (Wat Rong Khun) — one of Thailand's most distinctive modern temples. Blue Temple (Wat Rong Suea Ten) in the afternoon. Night Bazaar for dinner and local crafts.

Chiang Mai

Drive to Chiang Mai (1.5 hours). Doi Suthep temple above the city, with panoramic views of the valley. Old City walking tour — Wat Chedi Luang, Wat Phra Singh, the old city moat. Thai cooking class in the afternoon.

Chiang Mai — Departure

Breakfast at leisure. Transfers to Chiang Mai Airport for outbound flights. Optional morning temple visit or market stop en route.
